The descriptive metal plate at the bottom of the frame recaps the glory of the championship and reads the following: “The 1966-67 Toronto Maple Leafs’ led by captain, George Armstrong, defeated the Montreal Canadiens’ in the sixth game of the Stanley Cup Finals. It was the final Stanley Cup of the Original Six era. The Conn Smythe Trophy was awarded to Dave Keon as the most valuable player of the playoffs. The finished frame size is 25″x36″x1”.
